Our booking conditions:

• For your booking we will charge you a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay in advance, more information will be given to you after you have finalized your booking.
• Reservations are binding upon receipt of the deposit (50% of the booking amount).
• The following prices apply for children staying in their parents’ room: Free for children under 4 years; 50% for children from 4-13.99 years.
• The prices are per person and day excl. Tourist tax. The visitor’s tax is € 5.00 per person per day from the age of 15.
• We recommend that you take out Hotel Insurance Plus (Europäische Reiseversicherung) as a precautionary measure in the event of cancellation, early departure, etc: Travel Cancellation Insurance
• The rooms are available from 4 pm. In case of a later arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a short notification.
• We ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, otherwise an additional day will be charged.
• In the event of cancellation, we refer to the Austrian hotel contract conditions.
• In the event of an early departure or a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

General booking information:

• Payment: We accept cash as well as debit and credit card payments. The hotel reserves the right to authorize the credit card prior to arrival.
• Deposit: 50% by credit card or bank transfer. Bookings are confirmed in writing by both parties – by e-mail. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
• Cancellation: All bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
• We ask for your understanding that in the event of a late cancellation, no-show or early departure, we will charge according to the cancellation conditions of the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry).
• Please understand that we do not accept pets.
