For your booking we will charge you a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay in advance, more information will be given to you after you have finalized your booking.

Reservations are binding upon receipt of the deposit (50% of the booking amount).

The following prices apply for children staying in their parents’ room: Free for children under 4 years; 50% for children from 4-13.99 years.

The prices are per person and day excl. Tourist tax. The visitor’s tax is € 5.00 per person per day from the age of 15.

We recommend that you take out Hotel Insurance Plus (Europäische Reiseversicherung) as a precautionary measure in the event of cancellation, early departure, etc: Travel Cancellation Insurance

The rooms are available from 4 pm. In case of a later arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a short notification.

We ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, otherwise an additional day will be charged.

In the event of cancellation, we refer to the Austrian hotel contract conditions.

In the event of an early departure or a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Payment: We accept cash as well as debit and credit card payments. The hotel reserves the right to authorize the credit card prior to arrival.

Deposit: 50% by credit card or bank transfer. Bookings are confirmed in writing by both parties – by e-mail. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation: All bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival.

We ask for your understanding that in the event of a late cancellation, no-show or early departure, we will charge according to the cancellation conditions of the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry).

Please understand that we do not accept pets.

The sauna is not open in summer.
